Dear Friend,

We, the officers and members of The Yadah Yadah Prayer Group, Inc., are grateful for the success of our First Annual Prayer Conference. The conference was held in Downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania during the weekend of September 14-15, 2007. Organizing and hosting a conference is no small feat. However, with prayer, support and teamwork, we are able to report that The Conference was a success. The Yadah Yadah Prayer Group is excited that Neta Jackson, author of the novels that brought us together accepted our invitation to speak at our FIRST ANNUAL CONFERENCE. Neta Jackson came to Pittsburgh with Pam Sullivan (the character Avis in the book), an anointed woman of God, to lead us in praise and worship. Rounding out the Terrific Trio was Neta’s husband, Dave Jackson, an accomplished author who provided powerful words and challenges to our brothers who attended the Prayer Conference Banquet.

We thank God for allowing our Conference to be as successful as it was. In addition, we would like to thank all of our Speakers. We also had various forms of contributions that helped the Conference. We thank each person or organization that contributed to the success of the Conference. We thank each pastor and church that supported and prayed for the Conference.

The Yadah Yadah Prayer Group, Inc., is an independent, non-governmental and 'not-for-profit' organization; which endeavors to offer assistance and help to the marginalized, underprivileged and disadvantaged people of the world. The group was originally formed by women who shared a common interest in reading the Yada Yada Prayer Group novels. We believe that the Yada Yada Prayer Group novels are for people that share a love of God and believe in the miraculous power of prayer and how it can help us through all obstacles of life. Each novel contains characters that everyone can relate to no matter their place or station in life. It was this interest that lead us to further fellowship together through prayer. These prayer meetings opened dialogue for members that are from all walks of life, different Christian Denominations and from parts of the world as far as the continent of Africa to share their concerns and passions for the state of our world and the people who live in it.
